Child-support bill would end up hurting the kids You know its simply amazing how the government will do anything to get more money out of everyone. Why would you go and raise the amount of child support being paid by the non-custodial parent, I know there are dads and some moms who don't care enough for their children to pay child support, but why would you penalize those who are paying and doing everything they can to help take care of their children. I think its a huge mistake to make those of us that care and love our children and pay their child support. Most of us struggle as it is, but yet you want to take more away from us and make it harder for us to live our lives. I know for me through out there years I was not able to pay my child support and I went to jail for it, which I deserved since I was not paying my child support, but for the past 2 years and 6 months, I have been paying my child support, and for the government to say that they are going to make me pay more in ch...

I really think that all of the indifference between the Republicans and Democrats needs to end, I am tired of hearing, my ideas are better than yours. It seems that they are acting like 5 year olds. This country was founded on doing things for the American people, yet once politicians was elected into office it seemed to change to for them by them..   I say that the Republicans and Democrats need to unite and work together to make this country stronger. Where shall I begin. Here is what I think the Government needs to do to really boost the economy. End the income tax...If you want the American people to spend more money, give them the means to do so. If the American People have more money in their pockets they are most likely to spend more of it. If you want more All Americans to have Health Care coverage, give them more money so they can afford to pay the high premiums the Insurance companies charge. I look at it this way, why should we have to continue paying for the Health Care for all former Politicians. Who in there right mind would pay an individual 30,000 to speak about teen pregnancy its ludicrous. I mean really how is it that your information is any better than that of a mother, pastor, Pregnancy center, Doctor. If the President is mandating all americans to get health insuarnce by 2014, did he take inconsideration that majority of the American work force only makes minimum wage and can not afford health insurance no matter what. They struggle week to week to make ends meet. How in the world does he expect them to pay for health insurance. To me The President did not really think things thru. Now that the Health Care reform bill has now become law, are the Dems going to focus on creating Jobs for the millions with out one. Both Republicans and Democrats have lost sight of what truly matters...Without Jobs no one can afford Health Insurance regardless of what your bill says. When are the Republicans and Democrats going to learn that just pasifing The American People is not going to cut it anymore. If majority of the Amercan People Voted no for the HealthCare Reform Bill, How in the world can it still pass I still cant believe that the Democratic Party thinks that they have had a huge victory. Really what they have done is opened a can of worms. They didnt tell you in order for this to work they would have to RAISE taxes and that most of the reform wont occur UNTIL 2014. I had just read the Obama Plan for Health Care. It seems to me that its the same song and dance all others before him have proposed. Why is it that they cant come up with something totally new. This summer gas prices are projected to soar over $3 a gallon. I think we need to boycott the oil companies and not travel on vacations in such, I know everyone has to work that I understand, but when you travel out of state or out of town. We seriously need to think about just staying home and not making the Oil companies richer. Lets start putting the money back in our own pockets and not theirs.

Here we go again, Gas prices are going up again. When is the Government going to tap into the Oil Reserves we have in Alaska. I mean come on how long are we going to keep giving all of our money to Saudi Arabia. They are making BILLIONS in profits every year. I am sure every single American is sick and tired of the gas prices playing the yo-yo game. When they go up they go up 20-25 cents at a time, But when its time for them to come down its always a penny or two at a time.....To me I thing the reason the government does not want to tap into our reserves is that they are getting kickbacks as long as they keep buying foreign oil, I mean why else would they keep it going for so long.

Word is that the Troops will start coming home July 2011....My question is..Why in the world has it taken this long. I say they should have been home already. Why are the Afghan's not ready to support themselves. I will believe it when I see them all coming home.

I just think simply that all health care should be affordable and available to ALL that need it! Why is that so hard to do? How about affordable health care for those of us with preexisting conditions like me. I have diabetes and I am on insulin. I am automatically turned down because of the insulin. I can't get insurance. i say the federal government FORCE each state to run its own health care.........Mass and Hawaii have mandated health care.......those states aren't being destroyed.......Hawaii has had state mandated health care for over 40 years.
